As the socia1 changes are aduanced and various sciences are progressed after Libertion, all kinds of creative activities including physical education are eularged ever before. So it is easy and common to consider physical education as a kind of culture, for physical education plays an important vole our social life. And physical education changed form mere physical exercises to human education through physical exercises. So we think of physical education as complexed thing of culture. We must understand Physical education as the important social role and function of a physical culture.
